WE’RE HIRING Fire Safety Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and update fire safety policies, procedures and emergency response plans.
- Conduct fire risk assessments, audits and ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Design, install, test and maintain fire detection and protection systems including alarms, hydrants, sprinklers, extinguishers and emergency exits.
- Lead fire safety drills, awareness sessions and manage Emergency Response Teams.
- Respond promptly to fire alarms and coordinate with local fire departments and authorities.
- Maintain accurate documentation, compliance records and support fire safety requirements.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Fire Safety, Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
- 2-4 years of work experience in fire safety management, preferably in an industrial/manufacturing setup.
- Strong knowledge of fire codes, standards and emergency response practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure and respond promptly to emergencies.

Fire Safety Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fire safety policies, systems and compliance measures across facilities.
- Oversee installation, maintenance and inspections of fire protection systems and equipment.
- Lead fire safety teams, conduct risk assessments and investigate fire-related incidents.
- Organize fire drills, evacuation simulations and workforce training programs.
- Coordinate with local fire departments, regulatory authorities and auditors for prompt approvals.
- Manage fire safety budgets, contracts and vendor relationships.
- Ensure fire safety compliance for new construction, plant expansion and equipment installation projects.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen fire safety standards and reduce risks.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Fire Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering or a related field.
- 7–10 years of work experience in fire safety management with at least 3–5 years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of fire safety codes, standards and emergency response protocols.
- Proven leadership, crisis management and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively engage stakeholders.
