Position : Assistant Manager Solar Operations Karachi
We are looking assistant manager for solar Operations (Head of Department) Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of solar projects to ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Coordinate closely with engineering teams to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve technical or operational challenges.
- Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
- Track project progress through regular reporting and performance analysis to identify and address any delays or issues.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders, providing timely updates and managing expectations.
- Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum. Coordination with sales team for Orders. Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Electrical/Mechanical
- 4 to 5 years project management experience
