Position: 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 – 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬
Location: Korangi
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) for marketing vendors and agencies
- Maintain and track invoices, ensuring all documentation is audit-ready
- Coordinate closely with Finance & Audit to ensure timely payments
- Act as the bridge between marketing, finance, and procurement for budgeting and compliance
- Follow up with vendors and internal teams to close payment cycles efficiently
- Manage internal digital filing systems for POs, GRNs, contracts, and invoice approvals
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and procurement policies.
