We are looking for a dynamic, analytical, and environmentally-driven professional to join us as a Business Analyst and Green Banking Manager. This unique role combines business intelligence with environmental responsibility, supporting our mission to create a greener, more inclusive future.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and analyze market needs and regulatory demands to identify opportunities for sustainable finance products and services.
Support the development and rollout of green banking initiatives across the organization.
Evaluate the environmental and financial impact of projects and recommend data-driven strategies.
Collaborate with business units, Risk, Compliance, and CSR teams to design ESG-compliant offerings.
Prepare reports and dashboards on sustainability metrics and business performance.
Prepare Green Banking strategies and policies for the Board in consultation with the stakeholders for Bank’s transition to low carbon economy.
Prepare periodic reports in consultation with stakeholders for submission to regulator(s).
Advise stakeholders on compliance with regulator(s) Sustainability related regulations and requirements.
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Environmental Sciences, Finance, Economics, or related fields along with at least 2-4 years of experience in sustainability or green finance.
Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and data tools.
Understanding of ESG frameworks, SBP guidelines, and other international regulatory guidelines.
Excellent communication, research, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Passion for sustainability and innovation in financial services.
