We are hiring Sales Operations Officer BUFC Karachi
Key Accountabilities
Prepare and report business insights through dashboards, trackers, and monthly operational reviews.
Support sales team with customer coordination, follow-ups, and documentation (e.g., Shade Cards, Mechanical Approvals etc.).
Coordinate with logistics and ensure alignment on dispatches, CRMs, and related tasks.
Liaise with IT and sales accounts on SAP, tax invoicing, credit/debit notes, and transaction issues.
Maintain office filing and complete assignments assigned by the Area Marketing Manager.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
B.Com/M.Com/Bsc./BBA/ACCA
3-5 years of relevant experience
Proficient in SAP, MS Excel & Power BI
Collaborative and effective in cross-functional team work
Proactive and solution-focused in resolving operational issues
Clear and professional in verbal and written communication
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in documentation and reporting
Customer-centric with a commitment to service excellence

Key Accountabilities
Achieve sales and profitability targets, meet customer satisfaction levels to retain and achieve the growth targets.
Business development as per the assigned targets.
Proactively manage customer’s satisfaction and service delivery function as a key interface between the customer and all relevant departments at StarchPack.
Payment collection and ensuring timely collection of credit as per the company policy.
Ensure company policies and procedures are strictly followed by everyone. Serves as a safety representative.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
University Degree BBA/MBA, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
Fresh – 1 year experience in B2B Sales.
Industry experience of starch application in Paper & Board, Textiles and/or foods will be preferred.
Negotiation Skills.
Analytical Skills.
Good Presentation & Communications Skills.
Proficiency in Ms Excel.
