ADMIN MANAGER FLEET MANAGEMENT & STORE WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS
REPORTS TO: GM PLANT NATIONAL FEEDS
LOCATION: SHEIKHUPURA
Job Summary: We’re seeking an experienced Admin Manager to oversee fleet management and store warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring efficient operations, and driving business growth.
Key Requirements: • Manage vehicle procurement, maintenance, and disposal • Oversee fleet operations, including logistics and routing • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirement • Manage inventory, stock control, and warehouse layout • Oversee warehouse staff and ensure efficient operations • Implement and maintain quality control processes • Provide administrative support to the operations team • Manage budgets, costs, and financial reporting • Develop and implement policies and procedures • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff and drivers • Develop and implement training programs • Foster a positive and productive work environment

Qualification: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Related Field Experience: Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Fleet Management, Warehouse Operations, or Related Field Proficient in MS Office and Fleet Management Software Gender: Male
