WE ARE HIRING MEN PRODUCTION MANAGER PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee and manage all aspects of asiditie production processes within the men’s wear department, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company objectives. • Coordinate and monitor large-scale production schedules (MOQs) and manage capacity to ensure timely delivery. • Lead and mentor prooduction teams to optrlmtize productivity, quality and cost efficiency. • Conduct regular impecnton line and chain system processes for mens wear production. • Collaborate withr quality audits and resolve issues to ensure adherence to quality standards for mrrprouency. • Collaborace with cross-functional teams (design, merchandising, sourcing, procurement) for smooth execution of production plans. • Ensure compliance with labor laws.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5-8 years of proven experience in fashion retall production, men’s wear • Hands on experience managing large order quantities (MOQs) for retail fashion brands. • Strong knowledge of line and chain system in apparel manufacturing. • Demonstrated leadership, team management, and vendor coordination • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical abilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage voice & non-voice customer service channels including Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, and Calls. • Oversee live operations, customer complaints handling, and retention activities. • Ensure SLA compliance for First Response Time (FRT), Average Handling Time (AHT), and Resolution Time. • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team communication, product knowledge, and efficiency. • Perform QA audits and provide feedback to maintain service quality standards. • Monitor and improve Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS). • Train and supervise AI bots to handle customer inquiries effectively. • Manage and optimize online payment gateways, Shopify, and related system integrations. • Collaborate with Operations and VM teams to align customer service with business objectives • Generate insights from customer feedback to drive process improvements and enhance overall customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS 3-5 years’ experience in managing customer service operations, preferably in retail or e-commerce. Strong understanding of customer service metrics (SLA, FRT, AHT, CSAT, NPS) and performance management. Hands-on experience with Shopify, online payment gateways, and system integrations.
