Position : Maintenance Manager
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to plan, organize, and supervise preventive maintenance activities for all mechanical, electrical, and related systems, fixtures, and fittings throughout the hotel premises.
- The ideal candidate will conduct feasibility studies for hotel upgrades and other special projects.
- Review consultant submissions and provide recommendations for necessary adjustments or modifications.
- Prepare and manage the engineering department’s budget, ensuring expenditures are balanced and remain within approved limits.
QUALIFICATION Bachelors in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
EXPERIENCE 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Position : Assistant Guest Relations Manager
