We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Pattern Master to join our Sample Department. The ideal candidate must be proficient in working with GGT (Gerber Garment Technology) software and possess a strong understanding of garment construction, fit analysis, and digital pattern development and meet below following requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop Digital/Manual patterns based on design specifications.
2. Interpret tech packs and ensure proper fit and construction.
3. Collaborate with designers, technical teams, and sample rooms to finalize samples.
4. Conduct fit sessions and make necessary pattern corrections.
5. Ensure final production patterns and grading are aligned with quality standards.
6. Maintain pattern library and documentation for reference and reuse.

Requirements:

1. 4-6 years of experience in CAD-based pattern making (Gerber/Lectra/Tukatech).
2. In-depth knowledge of denim garment construction, including trousers, jackets, and dresses.
3. Expertise in managing denim shrinkage, washing allowances, and fabric behavior.
4. Proficient in adapting patterns to various denim silhouettes and fits (slim, relaxed, tapered, Balloon fit, etc.)
5. Familiar with CAD systems (e.g., Gerber, Lectra,Tukatech) used for denim pattern development and grading.
6. Eye for detail with excellent measurement and analytical skills.
7. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
8. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple styles simultaneously.
