Who are we looking for?
- Minimum Bachelors in Information Technology or Computer Science / Engineering from a HEC recognized/overseas university.
- Have a minimum of 5 years working experience with Switch Applications, Card Switch systems, ATMs and Card System Interfaces REST / SOAP API and knowledge of MPG System Interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the MPG Production services are up and running with optimal performance and smooth business operations.
- Ability to work under pressure, problem solving skills and decision making.
- Investigate production issues and complaints, reporting to vendors and close coordination with vendors for timely resolution.
- Implement related application upgrades or changes in application for performance, security or business benefits.
- Supervise technical support for the Switch applications and related interfaces.
- Conduct related services POC / SIT / UAT for all enhancements and new modules and implementation.
- Have expert knowledge of Call Center CRM/IVR, IRIS, Host, UBPS and other banking payment technologies.
- Provide technical support, system configurations, performance turning and upgrades in projects involving Call Center CRM / IVR, Host Interfacing & IRIS.
- Maintain and manage system configurations and transactions logs.
- Coordinate the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures to ensure that the issues once encountered are not repeated.
- Comply proper application controls including change management is in place according to the compliance and audit (internal and external).
- Evaluate and execute system enhancement, Change request, related reporting and data extract requests from business users.
- Take responsibility for own workload and keep others informed, highlighting potential problems and suggesting solutions to ensure continuity of systems & services.
- Designs and maintain technical and project documentation and develop presentations.
