KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
- Train, motivate and collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales target.
- Analyze sales Targets and financial reports to identify areas of improvement & achieve daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and operations targets.
- Maintain and meet shops VM, administration, operations and financial targets, standards and KPI’s. Conduct weekly stock audit and manage inventory levels.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
- 01 to 02 years in fashion Retail only.
- Minimum intermediate.

- Work experience as a retail cashier or in a similar role in sales.
- Minimum Qualification Intermediate.
- Basic PC knowledge.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Scan products and ensure accurate pricing.
- Strong math skills.
- Familiarity with electronic equipment, such as cash registers and point-of-sales systems.
