Maintenance & Development Manager (Construction & Interior)
Requirements:
- 10+ years in facility maintenance, construction, interior fit-outs, and workshop management.
- Bachelor’s in Civil/Architectural Engineering or related field.
- Strong leadership with experience managing teams (supervisors, engineers, contractors).
- Expertise in preventive/corrective maintenance, BOQs, and construction drawings.
- Knowledge of structural integrity, interior finishes, MEP systems, and space optimization.
- Skilled in budget control, cost-effective procurement, and inventory management.
- Ability to enforce safety regulations, troubleshoot, and meet deadlines.
- Experience liaising with government officials for permits, compliance, and legal approvals.
Core Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and supervise all workshop maintenance, construction, and interior projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.
- Manage renovations, space planning, and material procurement.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and government regulations.
- Coordinate with government authorities for permits, inspections, and legal documentation.
- Monitor budgets, approve expenses, and reduce wastage.
- Liaise with consultants, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Report progress and risks to senior management.

Site Supervisor
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on supervision in wood/metal/civil construction, renovation, or workshops.
- DAE (Civil/Architecture) with strong technical & fieldwork skills.
- AutoCAD 2D/3D (preferred but not mandatory).
- Expertise in construction materials, BOQs, cost estimation, and market trends (wood, tiles, MEP, etc.).
- Ability to read and implement MEP/HVAC/Plumbing drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost control.
- Verify materials, BOQs, and drawings for compliance.
- Liaise with engineers/contractors to resolve onsite issues.
- Enforce safety protocols, SOPs, and documentation.
- Report progress and emergencies to the line Manager.
