We Are HIRING NURSING MANAGER
Imam Clinic is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and compassionate Nursing Manager to lead & oversee our nursing department. This role is ideal for a healthcare professional who thrives in a leadership position and is committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Master’s degree in Nursing (MSCN) & MBA in Health Management.
- Licensure: Valid license from the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).
- Clinical Experience: Minimum of +5years of bedside nursing experience in a tertiary care hospital.
- Leadership Experience: At least 5 years in a senior management experience or leadership role within a healthcare organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide visionary leadership in nursing services, fostering innovation, excellence and quality patient care across all nursing function.
- Lead the formulation, review of nursing policies, ensuring alignment with healthcare regulations and the organizational strategic objectives.
- Design and implement, and manage a comprehensive nursing training calendar to ensure ongoing professional development and skills enhancement.
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring efficient, effective and compassionate care delivery.
- Take prompt & well-informed decision to address challenges, optimize workflow & continuously improve the quality of nursing care.
- Manage departmental budgets, ensuring optimal utilization of financial and material resources.
