Education & Experience:
- Bachelors/Masters in Electronics from HEC recognized university.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of working experience in a well established and renowned processing/dyeing unit.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrading of electronic systems in fabric dyeing, finishing machinery.
- Lead a team of technicians & engineers in managing PLCs, HMIs, sensors, VFDs, & control panels.
- Coordinate with production & mechanical teams to minimize downtime & improve machine performance.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules & compliance with safety standards.
- Innovate & implement automation improvements for better process control & energy efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of industrial communication, control systems, PLC programming, machine automation.
