Hotel One, Pakistan’s fastest growing select-service hospitality chain, is hiring for the position of Marketing Manager at Hotel One – Lahore.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Elevate brand identity and storytelling across all platforms.
- Design and lead marketing campaigns and optimize digital presence (SEO, paid media, brand activations)
- Drive direct bookings and guest loyalty through targeted strategies.
- Cultivate relationships with influencers, celebrities, and bloggers for brand collaborations.
- Initiate and execute sponsorships and barter partnerships to expand brand reach.
- Implement and manage CRM strategies using email, SMS, WhatsApp.
- Monitor performance and audience insights using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools.
- Coordinate with hotel managers and internal teams to ensure consistent brand activation.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, brand management, and influencer engagement.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, data analytics, and campaign performance tracking.
- Passion for delivering impactful customer experiences.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- 5-7 years of experience (min. 2 in a leadership role).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, content, and creative direction skills.
