WE’RE HIRING CUSTOMER SUPPORT & LEAD EXECUTIVE

QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field EXPERIENCE: 6 months-2 years of experience in social media response handling, lead generation, or customer support LOCATION: DEFENCE RAYA, LAHORE

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle incoming leads and customer queries across all social media platforms.
  • Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Track and follow up on leads generated through social media.
  • Maintain daily logs of lead interactions and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Provide prompt and professional customer support via messages and comments.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads.
  • Share feedback and insights to help improve customer experience and engagement.
