International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is seeking qualified Internal Auditor for the position of 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁 to be based in 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶. Primary responsibilities of the position will include but not limit to:
- Oversee the annual risk assessment and planning process for the internal audit function, creating a risk-based audit plan that aligns with the organization’s risk profile.
- Co-lead Audit Committee (AC) meetings with the Head of Audit, facilitating meaningful discussions and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Deliver internal audit reports that are clear, actionable, and provide practical recommendations to add value for management.
- Conduct consulting assignments alongside assurance engagements, fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Establish and maintain a process to track, follow up on, and resolve all outstanding audit issues, involving the Audit Committee when necessary.
- Work with various departments to identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Assess and validate the effectiveness of internal controls, providing recommendations for improvement where needed.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- Qualification: ACCA Qualified/CA Finalist
CIA (Certified Internal Auditing) will be an added advantage - Experience: 6-9 Years of relevant experience preferably in Manufacturing Sector
- Understanding & execution of annual risk assessment and development of internal audit plan
- Proficient report writing and presentation skills
- Having hands-on experience in SAP will be additive advantage
