Site Engineer – Civil (Bungalow Renovation & Finishing Works)
We are Seeking a Site Engineer with a strong background in supervising bungalow renovation projects, especially with expertise in high-quality finishing work. The candidate should possess sound knowledge of civil construction practices, site management and renovation processes to ensure timely and efficient execution of projects.
Role Description:
- Supervise day-to-day on-site civil works, particularly renovation of bungalows and interior finishing.
- Monitor and coordinate all activities related to structural modifications, plastering, tiling, painting, ceilings, and other fine finishing works.
- Ensure project execution aligns with design specifications, BOQs, timelines, and quality standards.
- Liaise with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless site execution.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure work is done as per approved standards/ Drawings.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, work schedules, progress updates, and labor/resource tracking.
- Verify and approve material deliveries and usage as per the project requirement.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline at the site according to HSE standards.
- Provide technical guidance & resolve site-related issues.
- Coordinate inspections and approvals with relevant authorities or internal stakeholders.
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent 4-6 years of relevant experience, especially in residential renovation and finishing works
