We are seeking a proactive a Manager Production RPET to oversee our extrusion production line, ensuring smooth operations, consistent quality, and optimal output. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both day-to-day production and long-term process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan and oversee daily extrusion operations to meet production targets.
-Ensure the extrusion process runs smoothly, maintaining consistency and quality.
-Optimize machine settings and parameters for efficient output.
-Monitor raw material consumption and wastage reduction.
-Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
-Conduct regular quality checks and resolve deviations promptly.
-Work with the Quality Assurance team to implement process improvements.
-Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of extrusion machines.
-Ensure minimal downtime through proactive maintenance planning.
-Coordinate with the engineering team for repairs and upgrades.
-Supervise and train extrusion operators and technicians.
-Enforce safety protocols and best practices in the production area.
-Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to the team.
-Identify areas for process optimization and cost savings.
-Implement lean manufacturing techniques and automation where possible.
-Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
Skills:
-Strong knowledge of extrusion machinery, materials, and processing techniques.
-Expertise in troubleshooting, process optimization, and quality control.
-Leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
-Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations in manufacturing.
-Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
