EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA in Supply Chain Management or Sales & Marketing is preferred.

EXPERIENCE

  • At least 5-8 years of experience in International freight sales within Karachi market.

SKILLS

  • Ability to analyze market trends and leverage technology to optimize freight forwarding operations, ensuring competitive and cost-effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders at all levels.  
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

LOCATION

  • Karachi, Pakistan

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops and maintains strong relations with key customers to achieve assigned sales targets through deep selling.
  • Meet recovery targets for key accounts and proactively develops new business opportunities.  
  • Pays visits to existing and new customers for deep selling and relationship building.
  • Provide ongoing support to existing customers, including follow-ups, system utilization, and quotations with effective communication.
