Alfalah Asset Management Company is looking for a dynamic Assistant Vice President / Vice President – Corporate & Institutional Sales for our South Region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our existing client base while driving fresh AUM growth by identifying and onboarding new corporate and institutional clients.
This role requires a proactive sales approach, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of investment products to enhance our market share within the region.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing corporate and institutional clients
- Develop and execute strategies to expand Alfalah AMC’s market share in South Region
- Identify, engage, and onboard new clients to raise fresh AUM
- Provide investment solutions tailored to clients’ financial needs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Minimum BBA / B.Com, preferably MBA (Finance, Marketing, or related field)
- IFMP certification (preferred)
- 5+ years of relevant experience in financial institutions (preferably Asset Management Companies)
- Strong sales and relationship management
