Job Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant, qualified from ICAP
- Minimum 7 years of experience in: finance and accounting; strategic financial management; and financial reporting and compliance
- Experience in the real estate sector preferred
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing finance teams and enhancing financial performance
- Strong expertise in cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting
- Proficient in financial systems, reporting tools, and ERP software
