Deputy Manager IE
Industrial Engineering – APPAREL DIVISION
Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce cycle time.
- Develop OBs, define SMVs, establish proper machine layout, and implement effective line balancing strategies for denim production.
- Analyze production costs, suggest cost-saving measures, and assist in pricing strategies to maintain market competitiveness.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, and other lean tools to improve productivity, eliminate waste, and enhance production KPIs.
- Work with production, quality, and planning teams, train staff on best practices, and prepare efficiency, production, and cost analysis reports.
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering / Textile Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in the Textile industry, preferably Denim.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Time & Motion Studies, and SMV calculations.
- Proficiency in IE software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and handle multiple tasks.
