Looking for resources to fill the following Management positions in HR to be based at our Factory located at Sakran, District Hub, Balochistan:
a) Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (01 position):
Candidates should have an MBA / MPA/ Masters Degree with specialization in Human Resource Management from a highly reputable business institution / University with excellent results in academic career from Secondary till Masters Level.
Furthermore, candidates must have regular academic career (upto 16th year) without any undue gap between qualifications/degrees/Diploma
Law degree or HR certification or On-Job Management training in some large sized national / Multinational Organization would be an added advantage
Finally, candidates must have suitable analytical, communication and computer skills along with 5-10 years of experience dealing with overall HR Management activities preferably in a large scale manufacturing setup.

b) Junior Officer / Officer (01 position):
Candidates should have an BBA / BPA/ B.Com from a highly reputable business institution / university.
Furthermore, On-Job Management training in some large sized national / Multinational Organization would be an added advantage.
Candidates must have 5-10 years of hands on experience of involvement in General HR Operations in large scale manufacturing setup including dealing with New Joining / Orientations, Performance Reviews, Employment Benefits, Management Training Program, P.File Records, disciplinary procedures, EOBI/WWB etc.
