WE ARE HIRING UNIT HEAD DATA SCIENCE AND AUTOMATION

Department: Data Science

Years of Experience required: 8-10 Years of Experience

Qualification: Masters in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field

Location: Karachi

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Identify opportunities to leverage data to drive innovation, and gain competitive advantage in the digital banking landscape.
2. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency using data science and automation techniques.
3. Translate complex business problems into actionable insights and data-driven solutions.
4. Lead and oversee the development and deployment of advanced analytical models, algorithms, and machine learning techniques to extract actionable insights and drive business outcomes.
5. Lead the design and implementation of credit risk models and other machine learning solutions tailored to the unique needs and challenges of the banking industry.
6. Continuously evaluate and enhance analytical methodologies and tools to optimize predictive accuracy, scalability, and performance.
