We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – HR Corporate Communications to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing internal and external communication strategies, employer branding initiatives, and engagement activities that enhance the company’s image and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute corporate communication strategies to enhance employer branding and employee engagement.
· Manage internal communication channels, including newsletters, emails, and company announcements.
· Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to create compelling content for employer branding campaigns.
· Plan and organize corporate events, employee engagement activities, and CSR initiatives.
· Ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with the company’s values and objectives.
· Liaise with external partners and media for public relations and branding opportunities.
· Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies, providing insights for improvement.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Officer- Quality to ensure that production processes comply with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality protocols. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HACCP, ISO, and FSSC 22000, along with strong analytical and process improvement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Effectively carry out in process, final and other process inspection and activities and develop analytical activities.
· Ensure data recording and integrity is maintained in inspection process.
· Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
· Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO, FSSC 22000).
· Troubleshoot and resolve any issues in the production process.
· Train and guide production and Quality inspectors’ staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs) & Protocols.
· Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
· Ensure an effective corrective and preventive mechanism is implemented in operations.
· HACCP Plan improvements and initiate and implement process improvement.
· Basic knowledge of QMS & FSSC Ver 6 in compliance with Methods, Plan & Formats etc.
· Prepare and maintain process documentation related to FSSC 22000, HALAL, and DRAP and regulatory requirements.
· Conduct process line validation and line qualifications.
· Provide technical support during new product development from trial runs through to product packaging.
· Manage SAP system for the issuance of semi-finished and finish good.
Skills:
· Strong knowledge of local and international regulatory requirements. FSSC 22000 Ver 6.0 knowledge
· IS0 9001 Knowledge
· Halal Certification Knowledge
· Proficiency in SAP and ERP systems.
