WE ARE HIRING MANAGER – CRM & REGULATORY REPORTING

Department: Compliance

Years of Experience required: Minimum 10 years of experience

Qualification: Master’s Degree Plus Professional Certification

Location: Karachi

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Ensure integration of Compliance Risk Management in overall entity-wide enterprise risk management framework of Digital Bank.
2. Prepare and submit regulatory reports accurately and within deadlines.
3. Continuously monitor updates in regulatory requirements and assess their impact on the company.
4. Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance, Legal, and Operations to collect necessary data for regulatory filings.
5. Support internal, external auditors and SBP Inspection team to ensure the bank’s compliance with regulatory standards.
6. Identify areas for improvement within the regulatory reporting process and suggest solutions.
7. Development of Regulatory Obligation Registers.
8. Follow-up on identified gaps in Regulatory Obligation Register.
