We are looking for Cashier
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive cash, checks, and credit/debit card payments from clients for services such as property purchases, rental payments, maintenance fees, and utility bills
- Accurately record all transactions in the cash register or accounting system
- Reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure accuracy
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in cash balances
- Assist with filing & organizing paperwork related to cash transactions and Update client records and databases with payment information
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, security, and confidentiality
- Liaise with banks to address any account issues and queries
- Forecast daily cash position by utilizing cash receipts and disbursements
- Analyze cash flow mechanism of the company and prepare monthly variance report
- Maintain integrity and accuracy in financial transactions and reports
- Follow standard procedures to improve efficiency in cash collections, funds transfers, cash disbursements, month-end account closing activities, and inter-departmental reporting
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of Hands-on experience
