Business Unit Assistant

Key Accountabilities

• Provide administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
• Organize and maintain files, both digital and physical, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
• Coordinate meetings and events for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and format business documents, reports, and presentations for the team and management.
• Assist with project management, tracking timelines, tasks, and progress.
• Monitor budget, process invoices, and support financial record-keeping.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and suppliers, and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth operations.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
