Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading the overall volume and market share of the assigned route with developmental activities.
- Ensure to achieve monthly target achievement given by the management.
- Oversee supply operations to ensure smooth customer services.
- Responsible for all receivable of customers.
- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
- To ensure strong market equity by converting new points/outlets with best possible customer service, along with asset deployment and monitoring.
- Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
- Developing sale strategy for best results.
- Developing new key accounts and conversions.
- To ensure all KPIs are met for best possible result.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors/ Masters In Business Administration.
- 3-4 years experience in Beverages/FMCG.
