Qualification: MBA/BBA Supply Chain
Experience: 2-3 Years
Assist in planning and forecasting the procurement of raw and packing materials based on monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
Assist in the development of export production plans aligned with forecasts and confirmed orders.
Help prepare schedules for raw and packing materials, ensuring inventory control in line with ABC classification.
Monitor and report on issuance, receipts, and stock levels to support optimal inventory management.
Track production targets against actual performance to help maintain warehouse stock availability as per inventory policies.
Assist in developing and maintaining batch-wise production plans to optimize material usage and costing.
Collaborate with the supply chain and purchasing department to facilitate timely delivery of raw and packing materials.
Work closely with the production team to support smooth execution of production plans and timely order fulfillment.
Help prepare monthly production plans, incorporating sales forecasts and maintaining safety stock requirements.
Identify and report dead or slow-moving stock to the supervisor for timely corrective action.
