Job Position: Deputy CEO – Max Education Services
Job Location: Lahore
Job Purpose:
The Deputy CEO will play a leadership role in managing and overseeing the operations and business development of Max Education Services. This includes the operational management of Riphah International Colleges, as well as other projects, ensuring the seamless provision of support services plus academic activities, business development, marketing, registration & enrolment and examinations. The Deputy CEO will work closely with the CEO in building business strategies for enhancing the organization’s growth, efficiency and overall success while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and maintaining high standards of service.
Job Education:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
Job Experience:
- 10-15 years of leadership experience in the education or corporate sector, preferably in managing colleges operations or academic institutions.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale educational services, including academic support, registration, and examinations.
- Experience in business development, financial management, and business operations is highly desirable.
