Requirements:
- Education: 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution. Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s Degree (18 years of education) in HR or Public Administration.
- Experience: Candidates with a Master’s degree should have at least 2 years of experience in HR operations and training & development, preferably in an organization with over 500 employees. At least 4 years for candidates having Bachelor’s degree.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and MS Visio for organizational chart updates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, with a strong ability to work collaboratively in a team. A quick learner with a proactive mindset, able to handle changing priorities and deliver results.
