Responsibilities:
- Maintain seamless production flow with efficient line clearance, equipment checks and GMPs.
- Communicate plans, monitor progress, and ensure transparency throughout the production process.
- Ensure Quality standards, HACCP compliance, and hygiene protocols in coordination with team.
- Collaborate across departments for forecasting materials, ensuring inventory levels, and developing new products.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in the food industry, specifically meat processing.
Education:
- Minimum Bachelor’s (Food Science & Technology, Food Engineering, or related field).
Competencies:
- Proficient in food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000).
- Able to monitor & manage production metrics like yields, variances, and inventory accuracy.
- Capable to evaluate production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
- Knowledge of required temperature, sterilization, and APC level standards.
