Position: Process Engineer

- Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Design, implement, and monitor process improvements to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, R&D, and maintenance, to troubleshoot and resolve production challenges.
- Conduct process audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to production teams on new processes and technologies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and integrate innovative solutions into manufacturing processes.
- Assist in implementing sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of operations..
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical) or a related field.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic industrial environment.
