Job Description:
- Call handling (inbound & outbound)
- Chat and email support
- Complaint management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Previous experience in a call center, customer services, or similar role is preferable. Familiarity in handling customer chats, emails, and ticketing systems is a plus
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, ticketing systems, and live chat platforms
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Empathy and patience in handling parent concerns
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
