We are looking for a “𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬”
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:·
𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭:
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the D365 Retail application.
· Provide timely support to resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
· Monitor system performance, troubleshoot errors, and apply patches or updates as needed.
· Setting up new stores, configuration and troubleshooting of MPOS / POS setup that includes printers, scanners, hardware station etc.
· Proficient in setting up discounts, promotions and loyalty programs
· Execute the day-to-day activities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for a Retail Stores and Head Office users
𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐔𝐩𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬:
· Assist in the implementation of new modules or functionalities within the D365 Applications.
· Coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other business systems.
· Ensure proper testing and quality assurance before deploying updates.
𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐎𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate them into system configurations.
· Identify and implement improvements to streamline retail processes within the ERP system.
· Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing system usage based on best practices.
𝐔𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
· Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users, ensuring they are proficient with D365 Retail functionalities.
· Create and maintain user manuals, technical documentation, and FAQs for the system.
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
· Lead and participate in ERP-related projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and objectives are met.
· Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and consultants as required.
𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠:
· Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system.
· Develop and generate reports to support business decision-making processes.
𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 & 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲:
· Ensure the ERP system complies with industry standards, internal policies, and data protection regulations.
· Manage user roles and permissions to maintain system security.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
· 4 to 5 years of work experience as a subject matter expert in Dynamics 365 for Retail and Supply Chain modules.
· Must have a deep understanding specifically about the Retail and e-Commerce industry
· Experience of Product Information Management, Procurement and Inventory Management, Workflow Configuration, Vendor Creation
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
