Position 1: Assistant Manager Finishing
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering with specialization in Processing
- 2-4 years in Denim Fabric Weaving & Finishing Plant
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible to play a key role in department ensuring production and down time.
· Hourly Reporting of Finishing Department employees along with machine status and parameters.
· Issuance of chemical for current running orders and reconciliation of fabric and chemical.
· Ensure Set wise working from every machine.
· Traceability of 100 % accurate WIP and manage Textile waste
· To improve operations in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, and culture.
Position 2 : Deputy Manager Finishing
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering with specialization in Processing
- 6-7 years in Denim Fabric Weaving & Finishing Plant
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the finishing shed independently, ensuring seamless operation across shifts.
· Oversee machine planning, execution, and troubleshooting to resolve any quality issues promptly.
· Oversee chemical usage based on active orders, ensuring precise reconciliation.
· Maintain 100% traceability and accuracy in Work In Process (WIP) data within Oracle systems.
· Develop and implement strategies to manage and minimize textile waste.
· Drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and team culture.
