Sefam Pvt Ltd is looking to for “Product Development Manager” for its head office.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identifying customer needs and preferences.
· Developing a strategy that aligns with company goals and customer needs.
· Creating a functional, aesthetically pleasing, and safe design that meets quality expectations and is cost-effective to manufacture.
· Creating a prototype of the final product.
· Showing the prototype to real people to get feedback and identify problems.
· Creating a proof of concept to build a solid foundation for the product.
· Defining product specifications.
· Ensuring that products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
· Ensuring that products align with the company’s brand image.
