Deputy Manager – Channel Enhancement

We are seeking a self-driven & experienced Deputy Manager, Channel Enhancement. The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of strengthening and expanding our dealership network. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance dealer performance and drive network growth. You will analyze dealer operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of dealer enhancement programs. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying and onboarding new dealers to support our expansion goals, ensuring a robust and effective network that aligns with our business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA or a relevant postgraduate degree is highly desirable.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 05 to 07 years of experience preferably in Channel Development or a similar role within the automotive and related industry.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations, sales strategies, and customer service practices.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing dealer enhancement programs.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with dealers and internal teams.
