Master Motor is looking for Manager ERP – Oracle R12 Techno-Functional Resource
Position Overview: An experienced Oracle R12 Techno-Functional Resource specializing in ERP management, with a strong background in both technical and functional aspects of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), specifically in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Finance, and Manufacturing modules. This candidate has a blend of expertise in technical development (PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Forms, XML Publisher) and functional consulting, capable of bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. They are proficient in analyzing, designing, and implementing ERP solutions that align with business goals, improve operational efficiency, and ensure smooth end-to-end process flows across the organization.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Oracle EBS R12 Modules: Expertise in SCM, Financials (AP, AR, GL), Manufacturing, and Procurement modules.
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms and Reports, Workflow, XML Publisher, and Oracle Apex Development
Functional Expertise: Deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into ERP solutions, particularly in SCM and Financial modules.
Project Management: Skilled in managing end-to-end ERP projects, from requirements gathering and gap analysis to testing, training, and post-go-live support.
Problem Solving and Support: Adept at troubleshooting and providing resolution for complex ERP issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Stakeholder Communication: Effective at liaising with business users, senior management, and IT teams to align ERP functionalities with organizational goals.
Team Leadership: Experience leading and mentoring ERP teams, including functional and technical resources, to foster a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily ERP operations, ensuring all Oracle R12 modules function smoothly and effectively support business processes.
Analyze and resolve functional and technical issues, providing timely support to ensure continuity of operations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and develop solutions tailored to business needs.
Lead ERP enhancement initiatives, including configuration, customization, and development of new functionalities.
Provide guidance and training to users on ERP functionalities and best practices.
Maintain system documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, and user guides.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Oracle EBS.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12, with a focus on techno-functional roles.
