Position: Warehouse Officer
Key Accountabilities
- Monitor and maintain warehouse storage areas according to classification, temperature requirements, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and Optimum operational readiness by enforcing SOPs.
- Plan, schedule, and execute shipment dispatches according to distributor orders within lead times.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Supervise daily dispatch activities and ensure accurate documentation.
- Maintain strong communication with transporters, distributors and institutions for effective and efficient logistics operations.
- Optimize freight costs by efficiently planning container routes and utilization.
- Complete and supervise daily miscellaneous documentation.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Pharm.D, Bachelor’s/Master’s, preferably MBA in Supply Chain.
- Min. 2 years in supply chain, ideally in warehouse/logistics.
- Advanced Excel and dashboard skills; logistics/warehousing knowledge is a plus.
