The Supply Chain Head is responsible for developing and implementing efficient supply chain strategies, managing procurement and logistics, and ensuring seamless operations.
Qualification Required: Bachelors or Higher
Experience Required: 7-10 Years (2-3 years in similar capacity)
Job Description:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with the company’s goals, focusing on cost efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
- Oversee procurement activities, ensuring timely sourcing of high-quality materials while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics to minimize costs and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Lead and mentor supply chain teams, fostering collaboration and enhancing their skills for optimal performance.
- Track and analyze key supply chain metrics to evaluate efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and report to senior management.
- Work closely with production, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain operations with business objectives.
