Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Warehouse Officer for its Pharmaceuticals Business based in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and dispense raw materials and APIs accurately, following approved formulations and batch records.
- Ensure correct labeling, packaging, and storage of dispensed materials.
- Maintain comprehensive records of batch numbers, quantities, and expiration dates.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with GMP standards.
- Report any discrepancies or material issues to Quality Assurance.
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials and coordinate reorders as necessary.
- Ensure materials are stored under conditions that maintain stability and effectiveness.
- Maintain compliance with GMP and ISO standards, preparing necessary documentation for audits.
- Update practices according to changes in pharmaceutical regulations.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to align schedules.
- Train support staff on safe handling and storage of materials.
- Maintain detailed records of dispensing activities and produce inventory reports.
- Investigate and document any deviations in dispensing processes.
