Education : MBA / BBA in HR or related field along with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.

Position Summary:
This position is responsible to create a liaison between Center of Excellence and Business leads for initiation & implementation of Best HR Practices. This position will support Lead HRBP for completion of all HR related projects (Talent Acquisition, PMS, OD,Manpower Planning,DE&I and Employee Engagement).
Roles& Responsibilities:
- Act as a hub between organizational Design team and business functions for Manpower planning, Strength matrix, and drafting in org. chart and build HR basis for Manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with the Organizational Design team for any change in the Org. chart in case of transfer/promotions and support in workforce planning for respective business and liaise with central HR team to ensure optimal resources are available for business.
- Support the PMS team to Execute PMS activities (Objective setting, Mid year evaluation, Final Year evaluation).
- Support Talent Acquisition Team to identify talent need and facilitate in sourcing of potential Candidates by keeping in view diversity Targets.
- Support Lead HRBP in development of Individual Development Plan (IDPs) and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) cases through the performance management process.
- Responsible for HR Analytics and dashboard presentations.
