Job Description: The Plant OT Lead will bridge the gap between IT and OT systems, ensuring seamless interoperability and real-time data exchange across the organization. This role involves collaborating with plant engineers on automation systems such as PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and MES to enhance operational efficiency. The lead will monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime, while also performing data analysis from OT systems to support continuous improvement and predictive maintenance efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Bridge the gap between IT and OT systems, ensuring interoperability and real-time data exchange.
- Collaborate with plant engineers to ensure automation systems such as PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
- Assist in real-time monitoring of production systems, ensuring operational efficiency and minimal downtime.
- Provide technical support for IT infrastructure within the plant, including hardware, software, and server management.
- Monitor and maintain plant IT systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Work with plant teams to gather and analyze data from OT systems to support continuous improvement efforts in production efficiency and predictive maintenance.
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Job Description: The Head of Section for Corporate Sales will be involved in developing and implementing corporate sales strategies to align with business goals, focusing on fleet sales and partnerships. Responsibilities include setting and monitoring sales targets, conducting market analysis, managing forecasts, and ensuring accurate reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement corporate sales strategies aligned with business goals. Identify new business opportunities, focusing on fleet sales and partnerships.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with corporate clients. Lead contract negotiations and collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Set and monitor sales targets. Conduct market analysis, manage sales forecasts, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Lead and mentor the corporate sales team, providing training and support to meet targets.
- Work with Finance, Marketing, and After-Sales teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Support the team in maintaining financial accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7-10 years in corporate sales, with 3+ years in a leadership role in the automotive industry.
- Experience of Corporate Sales is preferred.
