Position: General Manager – Plant
Job Location: Bin Qasim, Karachi.
Qualification: B.E or M.E from any recognized university/institute
Job Role
- Oversee daily operations, including production, supply chain, Quality, Maintenance, Project, & Product Development.
- Develop and implement production strategies that align with company goals and meet production targets.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing.
- Drive process improvements, cost reductions, and productivity enhancements.
- Lead internal and external ISO 9001 audits, preparing necessary documentation and addressing any non-conformities.
- Develop and oversee budgets for production and maintenance activities, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Apply Six Sigma methodologies to analyze and improve production processes, reduce defects, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures.
Experience
- 15+ years of experience in manufacturing industry.
