Position: Sales Executive

JOB OVERVIEW: We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and help us expand our market presence. You will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by overseeing sales operations from start to end, handling multiple tasks related to local sales, and working both indoors and outdoors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitate key accounts (IMT & LMT) for textile products, including fabrics, apparel, and home textile.
Ensure availability and proper display of all SKUs, supervise merchandising activities, and maintain store standards.
Maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
Implement local sales strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
Conduct regular visits to retail locations to engage with clients, perform market analysis, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for growth.
Oversee the timely delivery of stock to stores, ensuring inventory levels meet customer demand.
Monitor inventory levels based on stocking plans, sales trends, and demand forecasts.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform sales strategies.

REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in modern trade or retail network. Preferably from textile industry.
Strong understanding of modern trade dynamics and key account management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
Self-motivated and result-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
