Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage accurate product descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images.
- Update catalog with new products; remove discontinued items.
- Optimize listings and adjust pricing to drive growth on Daraz.
- Analyze data, identify trends, and create offers and discounts.
- Join Daraz promotional events to boost visibility and sales.
- Plan discounts, bundles, and free shipping offers.
- Work with internal teams for maximum campaign exposure.
- Manage concerns about orders, returns, refunds, and product details.
- Ensure products are stocked and available for sale.
- Prevent stockouts during high-demand periods and promotions.
- Use analytics to monitor product views, clicks, and conversions.
- Generate performance reports for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or managing online stores. Daraz experience is Mandatory
- Strong understanding of online sales strategies, customer behavior, and e-commerce best practices.
- Ability to analyze sales data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions.
