Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage production engineering activities to ensure efficient and timely production processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, supply chain) to optimize production workflows.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Supervise the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and equipment.
Lead problem-solving efforts related to production equipment and processes.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Prepare reports on production performance and suggest corrective actions.
Qualifications:
B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
4-5 years of relevant experience in production engineering within the automotive or manufacturing sector.
Strong understanding of production processes, mechanical systems, and quality control.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Leadership and project management experience.
Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
